We are very happy to bring our Academy back to Truro N.S. this summer! The Program consists of 3 days of training with 3 hours of ice per day as well as an off-ice session. We will be limited to one group of 24 Goalies. This is a full day camp with a 9:30 am to 4:30 pm schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Group will be lead by Maritime Junior Hockey League Goalie Coach ( Truro) and former Dalhousie Tigers Goaltender Jacob Fancy and president of Foundations Goaltending. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Goaltending Program is geared towards the goaltender that wants to work on their overall skill. It begins with building strong fundamental goaltending skills. The Camp will have a total of 9 hours of on-ice instruction. Ice sessions are devoted to achieving strong positional play covering topics such as breakaways, rebound control, post play, active gloves and puck handling. A daily off-ice session will also be included as well as a daily activity or classroom session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our Staff is comprised of goalie coaches and goaltenders that have been through our programs and know what it takes to be an AGA instructor. Our staff will leave goaltenders with all the tools necessary to advance to the next level. Our 2024 Camp will include many Maritime Junior Hockey league Goaltenders as well as Former QMJHL Goaltenders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
