Le programme est limit\u00e9 \u00e0 2 groupes de 18. Encore cette ann\u00e9e nous aurons 36 places disponibles dans le programme avec un ratio de filet 3:1. Le camp comprend 4 entra\u00eeneurs de gardiens de but avec de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans la LHJMQ ainsi que d\u2019autres entra\u00eeneurs Junior A et SUA. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Programme de Haute Intensit\u00e9 est notre programme de plus haut niveau d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. Men\u00e9 par Instructeur Chef <strong>Dave Kennedy<\/strong>, le Programme de Haute Intensit\u00e9 utilise des lanceurs actifs pour simuler des situations de match, exercices \u00e9lites pour maniement de rondelle, des techniques efficaces de contr\u00f4le de rebond et une emphase sur la technique de patin. Les sessions du matin sont d\u00e9vou\u00e9es au patin et le maniement de la rondelle. Les sessions d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi sont 1 heure 30 minutes de station avec lanceurs couvrant les \u00e9chapp\u00e9s, le contr\u00f4le de rebond, bouger dans le lancer, les jeux derri\u00e8re le filet et s\u2019aligner avec la rondelle. Avec des lanceurs<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>de Haute Qualit\u00e9.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>Des sessions Hors-glace \u00e0 chaque jour seront aussi incluses.
